The six M&M’S characters together on a transparent background

M&M’S.

Social content for M&M’S.

At Boomerang, I developed ideas for M&M’S social channels, including street interviews and content using real customer comments. I took familiar trends and product facts and turned them into formats we could make for the brand.

My role
I developed and pitched the concepts, wrote interview questions and helped capture the content. For the Minis review video, I sourced customer reviews, used Suno to turn them into a song and built the accompanying visuals in Canva.

Below are three examples, with a description of the idea and what I did on each.

Real comments. One catchy song.

I adapted the “turning texts into a song” trend using reviews of M&M’S Minis. I sourced the comments, refined a track in Suno and built the visuals in Canva, showing where each lyric came from.

My role: Concept, AI audio development and visual assembly.

What’s your M&M’S eating order?

A simple street question opened up a debate about colours, favourites and people’s little habits. I helped shape the question, capture the interviews and pick out the strongest reactions.

My role: Question development and street interviews.

One M&M’S. What do you call it?

After learning the internal term was a “lentil”, I turned the trivia into a street interview idea. We asked people to guess before revealing the answer.

My role: Concept development, question writing and interviews.
